Impossible Vs. Possible: Overturning Doubt

Impossible Vs. Possible: Overturning Doubt Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26 NIV)

Impossible

Those who personally know me, would agree this could be my life verse. If I ever hear anyone say something can’t happen, I love to offer a way it can. Impossible is only a word and never an option for me. This is how much I believe in God, the one and only true God.

Application

Applying God’s Word to our lives, turns impossible circumstances into all things possible. Level we believe, determines level of outcome. We increase ability to believe, by increasing Word knowledge, raising faith levels. Consider it like a well greased, working machine. When all parts work together, power is exerted. Same is true making all things possible. To believe, increase Word knowledge, and develop greater faith engages God’s power to our situation.

God’s Best

After we have done all to believe, we stand strong, accepting God’s answer. It’s not to be looked as impossible when God’s answer is no. Consider He is all-knowing. God’s thoughts are higher than ours, His ways are not ours. God foresees the future, I have to wonder lives cut short were spared from hardship. No, allows for God’s best. Hard to see, hindsight is 20/20. Why settle?

Believe

Is it possible to believe this can happen for me? Yes! For anyone willing to step into the unknown, God meets us there, handing out flashlights. Be it a new believer or stepping into destinies, we all take steps of faith. Christians have choices to make- Free will vs. God’s will. Denying self daily, makes choosing God’s will with ease.

Imagine

Imagine Abraham stepping out of his tent- looking up to see all the stars. Circumstances looked impossible, faith made possible. He chose to believe. How about you? Scripture offers knowledge on all circumstances. Whatever you’re facing, google scripture for topic. Better yet- study scripture to store within our hearts. Easier access when needed.

Effort

If we could turn impossible situations around with a snap of fingers- we would snap away. However, with God all things are possible, let’s be wiling to place effort to make happen.

Be encouraged!
