Treasure: It’s Greater Than Gold…Need More Clues?

Treasure: It's Greater Than Gold...Need More Clues? In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that your faith- of greater than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire- may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory, and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. (1 Peter 1:6,7 NIV)

Faith!

Forward Friday! Let’s get moving towards greater faith! Yes, a little faith can move mountains. Imagine what happens with greater faith…God turns impossible to possible. Jesus tells us that all things are possible to one who believes. When we believe all things possible, it’s easy to believe in miracles, signs, and wonders.

Treasure

Gold is a national treasure. World empires have valued gold. Peter seeing impact of Jesus Christ first hand, shares faith is greater than gold. Developing faith is something to be treasured. It’s a treasure waiting to be found. When we find, it’s a tool given to cultivate our paths through all kinds of trials. Trials come in different shapes and sizes for every individual- impacting depths of hearts and minds uniquely. We can never fully understand one’s trials unless we have walked through same. Authors can never fulfill thoughts if we’ve never experienced. I only know to encourage you to grow in faith, finding your purpose, taking steps through unknown territories, all leading to understanding spiritual warfare to teach everyone not to be deceived in midst of societal confusion.

Rejoice

Last two evenings our baseball team has played teams reconnecting us with some of the greatest friendships we could have in neighboring towns. These individuals know first hand my struggles to find peace with God’s will. A few have been with me as I grew in faith, finally surrendering to my destiny, taking greater faith to see miracles and encouraged me as I stepped into unknown territory- the writing world. All reasons to rejoice greatly.

Moving Forward!

I know what God does for one, he’ll do for another. I believe in every reader of this blog, a desire to search- maybe unknown to some- others to see how Biblical Truth has been applied to real life to encourage one another. We’re all facing judgement one day, I do not want one person deceived, facing shock when Jesus says, “I never knew you.” Let’s move forward, releasing Biblical Truth, standing firm in days to come. Ready to find real treasure?

Be encouraged!
