Reverse It? When God Acts…No Man Can

Reverse It? When God Acts...No Man Can“…I have revealed and saved and proclaimed- I, and not some foreign god among you. You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord, “that I am God. Yes, and from ancient days I am he. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act, who can reverse it? (Isaiah 43:12, 13 NIV)

Reverse?

When God acts, who can reverse it? No one has the ability to negate- nullify; make ineffective what God has set forth. His purpose, His plans set before we were in our mother’s womb. Funny how arrogant individuals think they have power to control by manipulative force- which they do by people who let them. The difference for God’s children…He knows by name, who have surrendered, follow His commands, call His friends, and are well protected by God’s promises and provisions made in scripture.

Promises

Who else needs a pep talk today? God’s Word is powerful and when our eyes are kept on Jesus. We seek His Word, pray, worship through songs and other giftings. Have you ever had a day when staying in prayer would be a good? I often think time in silence like Monks have done, would be inviting. A time of one with God, our Father. He promises to go before us and be our rear guard. Why waste time allowing worldly irritations to break our stride? When life seems squeezed, pressure felt on all sides…question if Biblical principles have been neglected. Disobedience needs no help from satan to break God’s alignment in our lives.

Reflection

Therefore, take time to reflect…do we repent, ask forgiveness, ask others to forgive us? Shake off offenses, allowing zero annoyances to disturb God’s peace. Learning not to react is a powerful tool, keeping God’s peace. In clear eyesight, circumstances appear legit…replacing with spiritual eyes, we step up and beyond…God’s thoughts are not our thoughts and His ways are not ours. He can do anything- He’s God! He knows the plans He’s made for each of us- our children…Jeremiah 29:11. God plans to prosper us, not to harm, plans to give us hope and a future.

So Sweet…

Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus, Just to take Him at His Word, Just to rest upon His promise...what a wonderful song. God is so good, Faithful and True in all He does. No one can reverse when God acts in our lives…therefore, remember all ways God has provided and been faithful- doors He’s opened, paths we’ve traveled…Thank you, Jesus! He is faithful!

Be encouraged!
