Wages: Dismissed Cost Becomes Acceptable

Wages: Dismissed Cost Becomes AcceptableDo not be misled: “Bad company corrupts good character.” Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God- I say this to shame you. (1 Corinthians 15:33,34 NIV)

Words

Words written in this blog are never to shame anyone. Thoughts are written through Christ’s love for mankind. Paul, quite the scholar, worked his mind in scripture. A battle of words back and forth. Today’s scripture is no different, he wanted all to understand Christ was raised from the dead. There will be an after life. Death is not an end, it’s a beginning. A beginning for those prepared, an end for those paying wages for sin.

Lines Drawn

Invisible line drawn divides Americans. Christians are on both sides of debate. Right-left, conservative-liberal, Republican-Democrat. Belief alone does not justify wages of sin. Scripture states in James 2:19 You Believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that- and shudder. Difference today between believers and demons? Believers have lost a reverence for God, a healthy fear of the Lord. Our society attempts to justify sin- how dare one shudder. This would be considered hate. Deception mis-leads good character by bad company.

Wages

Those engulfed in sin, choose to pay their own wages. One day life known, will be a vapor. How we live now determines eternity. Will advocates pushing sin as acceptable, feel efforts worth their wages? Not only will they be held accountable, they will be held accountable for all they led astray.

Motivation

Serious business here on Motivating Monday. Serious happenings in our country and around the world. How do we turn situations around? Become aware of deception working through bad company corrupting good character. In order to stop sin, we bring clarity to our senses. Activating our five senses test, God judges everything we smell, taste, see, hear, and touch. Passing this test, moves us closer to holiness, closer to God. The gift of God is eternal life. A free gift for you and me. Let’s not be misled.
