Unlimited Power Available When Man’s is limited

…how shall we escape if we ignore such a great salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him. God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will. (Hebrews 2: 3,4 NIV)

Deliverance

Salvation..scares, angers, and confuses individuals who are indifferent or reject Jesus’s beautiful gift of deliverance. Why? Excuses are heard across our country circling the world. I propose two reasons- lack of trust and no hope. Trust builds on something being reliable. Hope expects something to happen. When salvation is rejected, no escape possible from the fallen world we live. Psalm 34;8 dares us to taste and see the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him. God never fails, contrary to hurt Christians beliefs. The devil is here to steal, kill, and destroy. Jesus is ready to release His unlimited power.

Spiritual Journey

Every forward step in our spiritual journey, we confront new trust levels, raising our hope level. Consider an egg’s thin shell. Just like clay pots from Wednesday, eggs crack easily. What happens? No boundaries allow eggs to run. Leave eggs in this condition for long, a rotten odor takes over. As eggs are properly cracked into a bowl, prepared for next step. Heat is necessary to cook eggs through stages now ready for their intended purpose. To be eaten, even bringing nourishment to our bodies. Christians go through a similar experience. Heated situations refine our character molding us in preparation for God’s will. To help nourish the body of Christ.

Unlimited Power

Salvation, gifts of the Holy Spirit, signs, wonders, and miracles are evidence of God’s unlimited power. How far do we trust God in each of these areas? There are dire situations where man is limited. Only hope we have is in the Great Physician, one- true God. God works with unlimited power. Power ready for release when connection is made.

Moving Forward
