Transformation: Understanding God’s Grace

Transformation: Understanding God's GraceAfter removing Saul, he made David their king. He testified concerning him: ‘I(God) have found David son of Jesse a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do.’ (Acts:13:22 NIV)

Moving Forward!

Forward Friday! Not just any Friday- we are moving forward into election week. The heart of my calling: I bring awareness to deception, releasing Biblical Truth. Teaching individuals not to be deceived when evil permeates deeper into societal confusion than ever thought possible. In order for this to be successful, imagine a stack of warm delicious pancakes. To understand…consider it a layering, a building of sorts to develop spiritual discernment.

Perfect Example

King David is the perfect example, the man after God’s own heart. Samuel even informed Saul in 1 Samuel 13:14 “But now your kingdom will not endure; the Lord has sought out a man after his own heart and appointed him leader of his people, because you have not kept the Lord’s command.” For all David’s positive attributes, he dealt with lust leading to wrong choices. The key for David to move forward was repentance. From a shepherd boy keeping his sheep safe to keeping himself safe from Saul. He became an accomplished warrior. The day came when God elevated him to King.

Transformation

Through years of deep Bible study, character building tests, prayer and fasting; I became prepared for God’s purpose in me. All our hearts can be deceptive, with emotions and actions out of control, increasing wrong choices. More we give into wrong actions, easier they become…leading to bondage. Flip side, we do not give in, we work hard to overcome. It’s God’s power working in us, developing maturity to serve His purpose. Personally experiencing this transformation is why I believe God can transform anyone- including Donald Trump. We’ve been watching his transformation unfold for months. Few have seen inside his personal journey. Amazed with all ready to judge, when judgement belongs to Jesus. Have we seen any good transformation from HRC? No. We’re watching corruption explode and darker character exposed than thought possible.

God’s Grace

If we consider ourselves, Christians…this is true grace. Instead of seeing grace as a ticket to sin, let God’s grace be seen taking individuals, proofing them over years to be ready for such a time as this. Let’s move forward avoiding deception. Look at Trump through God’s lenses, the same way God looks at you and me. Aren’t we grateful, I am.

Be encouraged!
