Process: Trusting and Seeing Details Work

But when he, the Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own, he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will take from what is mine and make known to you. (John 16:13-15 NIV)

Motivating Monday!

Knowing it’s Monday, and I am thinking science. Remember the process of photosynthesis, where green plants make their own food? Plants take in carbon-dioxide and dependent upon sunlight and water to grow – oxygen is released. Picture this process, one detail is dependent on the other, works not only for plant food, yet for us, too. We need oxygen that is being released.

Process

Eternal security, knowing when we die, we’ll walk the narrow path into Heaven. We have trusted in the process of God sending His one and only Son, Jesus, because He loved the world so much. Whoever believes in Him, will not perish, yet, have ever lasting life- John 3:16. In this process, Jesus came and died, arose three days later. He discussed with the disciples about The Holy Spirit and how the process works. Truth is important. It’s vital to having peace, and gaining knowledge, wisdom and understanding. All necessary on our road to Spiritual maturity.

Deceptive

I’ve always taught my children, when telling a lie, we align ourselves with the father of lies, satan. This is true- lies are his biggest assault against us, trying to break our confidence or strengthen his grip on us. All to prevent us gaining strength from Jesus and all Biblical Truth. We learn how deceptive the devil really is- he’s beautiful in appearance and will entice us with anything God calls a sin, in order to separate us from God. The world is working hard to justify sins, likely knowing more how The Bibles defines sin, than most in the church. Just as many are inside the church working hard to accept sin in the name of love. Foundations are cracking in denominations and many wonderful churches.

Truth

For all, I encourage Truth to be sought by asking The Holy Spirit. If we are believers, we have The Holy Spirit within us, as Jesus explained. The Holy Spirit hears from Jesus, Jesus is interceding for us, sitting next to The Father; God is Sovereign and all powerful. See this as a similar cycle? Without Jesus, we’d have no salvation. Without Jesus following God’s Will, The Holy Spirit may not have come. The devil was once thought of a high ranking angel, Lucifer. His sin…pride, along with misleading 1/3 of the angels. Lightening speed, all were removed from Heaven, never given the chance to return. He rules the air, and along with the fallen angels, now demonic spirits who prey on the weak, pulling them into sin.

Trust

Thankfully, if we are still breathing oxygen, we have life and time to get our lives in order. Not taking another day to waste. If Societal confusion is causing distrust on who to believe- Jesus is the only trusted source and The Holy Spirit is the Sprit of Truth. Take time to ask Him, He will tell you what Jesus is saying- straight from God. Since God is the Creator of Heaven and Earth- He knows. He knows All. Let’s be motivated to trust Jesus, and trust The Holy Spirit- seeking Him for all Truth.
