Freedom: Hearing, Perceiving, and Understanding

Freedom: Hearing, Perceiving, and UnderstandingThey disagreed with among themselves and began to leave after Paul had made his final statement: The Holy Spirit spoke the truth to your forefathers when he said through Isaiah the prophet: ‘Go to this people and say, “You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving. “For this people’s heart has become calloused, they hardly ever hear with heir ears, and they have closed their eyes. (Acts 28:25-27

Motivating Monday!

Memorial Day 2020, honoring all who paid an ultimate price for our freedom. Remembering this, never to be forgotten- is reason enough to protect all we have in America. Be willing to identify demonic schemes, testing spirits to know if good or evil. In today’s Scripture, Paul made this statement to the Jewish community in Rome. His heart was evangelism, building churches for Gentiles, and standing firm with Spiritual knowledge- Truths revealed to him.

Freedom

Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom- love this song…yet, Jesus makes this very promise. Those who The Spirit sets free, are free, indeed! Why The Holy Spirit? Because, The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth. He is our helper and counselor, the amazing gift given to us- when Jesus ascended to Heaven, claiming his seat next to God- interceding for each of us. Scripture states- we don’t have, because we don’t ask. Keeping minds open, trusting Jesus, we’ll be led into all Truth.

Understanding

Looks like the world is turning again! Red states are taking off, as Dem Gov’s are keeping their states bound. America is reopening for business. Thankfully, C-virus numbers have not been anywhere near what was anticipated. As more and more individuals are seeing Truth, many remain with a hardened heart- people who identify as Christians. Let’s be motivated to pray for all believers, especially ones with a hardened heart. Hearts must be softened to hear and understand, see and perceive…we must pray God will soften hearts. Freedom is ours to behold, never taken for granted. God have mercy!

Be encouraged!
