Deception: Concerned With One’s Soul Not Status

Deception: Concerned With One's Soul Not StatusYour Word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. (Psalm 119:105)

Deception

Deception creeps into our society, with churches as a bullseye. Denominations divide splitting compromise and commitment to God’s Word. Believers are torn which way to go. For those who keep a commitment to God’s Word, feet land on clear paths.

Ice cracks

We have no reason to fear. It’s easy to feel friction as ice cracks. The reason we need to set our foundations on solid ground. Be concerned about one’s soul and not one’s status. All truth I speak in love. Deception is making bold gains as many are blinded by wrong definition of love. Christ’s definition speaks truth in love. We must be careful not to defend love as acceptance.

Actions

Be aware of our own hearts. We’re not here to judge. We are here to help brothers and sisters not be deceived. Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy, the devil prowls like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. (1 Peter 5:8) Permeating clear thoughts transfer into pure actions keeping us on straight path. In addition, helps our brothers and/or sisters from stumbling.

Unity

Unity across Christian denominations will combine God’s power. To be beacons of light for those in darkness. Biblical Truth brings light to deception. Light reveals necessary changes to be made. This is not time to be ticked, clinging to fear, addictions, self-doubt, pride, hate, gossip, envy, strife…list goes on. When we’re close enough to light, God is with us. Hand it over- the load is way to heavy for one to carry.

Motivating Monday!

Motivating Monday! As deception becomes more visual, Christian brothers and sisters need to unify more than ever. Becoming aware of deception will help discern between good vs. evil. One of the greatest attributes we can develop.
Be encouraged!
