Believe: Greater Experiences Await- Ready?

Believe: Greater Experiences Await- Ready? After six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John with him and led them up a high mountain, where they were all alone. There he was transfigured before them. His clothes became dazzling white, whiter than anyone in the world could bleach them. And there appeared before them Elijah and Moses, who were talking with Jesus. (Mark 9:2-4 NIV)

Motivating Monday! Can you imagine being Peter, James or John? Peter was unsure if they were even suppose to be there, wondering what to believe. It’s like walking in on something magnificant and wonder if it was meant for our eyes to see. Indeed, it was true. Yet, they were to stay quiet until Jesus conquered death by conquering the grave.

Some become excited for VIP tickets for pro- athletic players or popular musicians. We are talking VIP stance to experience being among Elijah and Moses. Two of the all time great servants of the Lord. However, Jesus’s purpose was not to entertain Peter, James, or John. Jesus stepped up their thoughts to believe super-natural, greater than this world, higher than our thoughts, God’s way- not ours, type of experience.

Who wants this kind of experience? Are you willing to believe? To take time cultivating a relationship with Jesus Christ, getting to know him and understand scripture? It takes time to develop good, solid friendships and no different when building a friendship with Jesus. Taking the first step to accept Jesus as Savior, believe He died and rose again three days later, and confess with our mouths- Jesus is Lord, we will be saved.

Divine Wonder

Once we’re saved- a world of divine wonder opens. How much we experience, will depend on how much we’re willing to believe. Seeking Jesus with pure hearts, He’s found. Jesus gifted us The Holy Spirit, living within believers. With God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit- we have three initiates working for our greater good. There is nothing the devil can throw your way to block God’s power from working in and through your life. More we seek Jesus, more we find. Allowing us to believe in greater experiences waiting to happen!

Be encouraged!

Also, please pray for a dear friend of mine, Kim Poffenberger, an avid supporter of Releasing Truth. She is fighting pneumonia and needs God’s healing touch. Thank you.
