Concerned: Take Serious, Turn From Evil

Concerned: Take Serious, Turn From Evil“…But Nineveh has more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who cannot tell their right hand from their left, and many cattle as well. Should I not be concerned about that great city?” (Jonah 4:11 NIV)

It’s Monday!

Motivating Monday! Let’s gain ground this week, starting now. Those who have been with me from the beginning, know my heart has been preparing individuals to understand time at hand. I’ve been concerned how easy satan deceives through societal confusion. As God loved Nineveh, He loves America. What’s happened in Turkey cannot be allowed in America. May God rise to help Turkey.

Spiritual Warfare

I attended my first writer’s conference, confident of my topic…spiritual warfare. Spiritual warfare seemed like foreign words. I’ve been called to warn, to make people aware of deception world-wide. If a whale could have swallowed me- I’m sure God’s ready to send one. I’ve wanted to run away from this calling long ago, then failed to have necessary book written to be published six months before this election. May God redeem all work that was meant to take place in the last three years.

Concerned

Jonah became angry when God chose not to destroy Nineveh. When people turn from their evil ways, God is compassionate, and will stop warranted destruction. God is concerned. He wants every individual to turn from evil ways. The Bible states in 1 Thessalonians 5:22- abstain from all appearances of evil. Not only do not do- remove self from any appearance of evil.

Serious?

Will we be concerned enough to take this word serious? To pray daily not to be deceived, avoiding evil. And…all appearances of evil. The only way to ensure this is successful- stay true to God’s Word. Study scripture and allow it to cleanse self of any evil ways. I’m concerned. I never want to fail God’s timing again…too much is at stake. Let’s be motivated turning from evil to pray for God’s direction, our part in today’s world.

Be encouraged!
