Grounded In Truth, Discussing Such Things…

Grounded In Truth, Discussing Such Things...Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them. (Romans 1:32 NIV)

Friday!

Wow! What a week! From studying Romans 1 in Bible Study Fellowship to activity week at our local high school. A privilege to meet one of our friend’s mother. I don’t mind telling we are non-catholics in a catholic school system. Being grounded in Christ, I say…”Yet, we love Jesus, too!” I count this such a blessing. Nothing in our married life has been more difficult than deciding school route for our children. And…wouldn’t it be amazing for everyone who considers themselves a Christian to study/grasp Romans 1.

Such Things…

Doing such things as listed, truth is written to inform and hopefully when understood will turn individuals from sin. The scripture- if anyone causes one of God’s little children stumble, woe to them. I believe this goes no matter what age. We never want to be a stumbling block for anyone. Deception makes one think- speaking truth is a stumbling block. This cold not be further from the truth. Yet, we have to be careful and make sure planks are out of our own eyes, before trying to help others in a particular area.

Grounded and Humbled

What’s been happening in your life this week? Interactions on daily basis are not to be taken for granted. If discerning God’s direction for our lives, we yield to ordained paths. Whoever is found on these paths, God has purposed and most of the time beyond our ability to reason and other times easily seen blessings. The struggle is real. When stopped resisting (God’s plan), accepting His will, aligns us to experience situations beyond our imagination. When highs and lows are dealt, God keeps us grounded and humbled. Let’s keep moving forward, seek truth and finding Jesus.

Be encouraged!
