For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light(for the fruit of the light consist in all goodness, righteousness, and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord. Have nothing to do with fruitless seeds of darkness, but rather expose them. (Ephesians 5:8-11 NIV)
How do we motivate when fruitless seeds of darkness seem to be overtaking? Praise God for all parts of the world, reaping from seeds of goodness sown throughout the years. Deception is spinning here in America. People who have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, live in darkness; unaware of evil permeating against this country. Why does satan want to destroy America? He believes he can.
Fruitless Seeds of Darkness
How can this amazing country be the strongest and most giving in the world, now under attack? The prior president spent eight years breaking down strengths by weakening our military, reigniting racial tension, creating increased government dependency and opened the door for evil. See- breaking down strong people, is how the enemy is able to bind and destroy a great nation- just like he worked through Hitler. Sadly, looks like well respected previous presidents have joined the elitism and coming out against our President, which is like coming against the American people. We’ve never been so fooled. Every attack against innocent people is linked back to a false religion. The only true religions are those who believe God is The Father, Jesus is the Son, and The Holy Spirit are all one, The Trinity.
Children of God, live by light. As the above scripture states, fruit of light is all goodness, righteousness, and truth. Find out what pleases Jesus, by seeking Him through studying scripture and praying. This will be a great start. We lose desire for anything to do with fruitless seeds of darkness. My heart has been heavy for teens as well as adults, and all ways fruitless seeds are being planted in them. The carless words, vaping, drinking, smoking, porn, list seems endless…all part of the enemy’s plan to grip, trap, and sink into darkness.
Exposing comes at a cost- a cost too high for innocent teenagers. Parents/grandparents/teachers, we have to be the ears that hear, eyes that see, and hearts softened to understand. Last week I was called a snitch. My response, parents do not fit in the category of snitches. We are part of the village, raising these kiddos. If light does not expose quickly, how deep in darkness can light be seen? All too often, kiddos are lost in darkness. To me, this is too great of a cost, and name calling will not lessen intensity of this problem. Fruitless seeds are really weeds. Weeds can overtake and destroy. With the right kind of prevention, weeds are no longer a threat…Light, let’s be light.
