Truth Vs. Lies…Be Alert/Not Deceived

Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. (John 8:43, 44 ESV)

Motivating Monday!

When my children were smaller and even today, my comment if a lie is spoken, “When you lie, you align yourself with the father of lies, the devil. Do not lie!” The guilty party attempting to frame President Trump, upset their lies have backfired, have aligned with the father of lies. Hope and prayer is key to see the guilty held accountable. Time and money have been wasted with such fallacy. Studying the discussion between Jesus and Pharisees in John 8, mirrors the established politicians vs. The President. The established Pharisees schemed and killed Jesus. Scheming Democrats have tried to slander and remove a Peoples’ President.

Deception

I’m shocked, having never caught verse 48, the Pharisees responded to Jesus, “Aren’t we right in saying that you are a Samaritan and demon-possessed?” The name calling and slander, trying to tell Jesus he was demon-possessed? This is exactly how deception works- Jesus is truth, the Pharisees were clearly mis-led, being called of their father, doing the devil’s will. The devil is a murderer, does not stand for truth, no truth in him. When a person lies, they speak out of their own character. The devil is speaking through them. The lier will always take one’s truth and twist to make them look innocent.

Lies

It’s much easier to believe lies with an avalanche of false media unified to speak lies, even if they desire this to be truth. There is truth and there are lies, there can only be one or the other…no such thing as a white lie…no matter how small or justified. Interesting…how quick leftist turn against those who in the end, stand for truth.

Truth

Let’s be motivated to seek truth, making sure no deception has blinded, slumbered, or made indifferent. Dear Jesus, Your language is clear. I pray for all leftist ideologies to dissolve, all deceived will be awakened by your light shining on them, surrounded by your light as individuals who know You, live in the light and walk in love. The Bible is clear…Bad company corrupts good character. (1 Corinthians 15:33) Lord, we call all believers to seek Truth and be set free, In Jesus’ name, Amen.
