And the words of the Lord are flawless, like silver refined in a furnace of clay, purified seven times. O Lord, you will keep us safe and protect us from such people forever. The wicked freely strut about when what is vile is honored among men. (Psalm 12:6-8 NIV)
There’s within my heart a melody…Jesus whispers sweet and low: Fear not, I am with thee, peace, be still, in all of life’s ebb and flow. Wow! Amazing when asking Jesus how to encourage, this sweet song comes to mind. The title is…There’s Within My Heart a Melody. I have wonderful memories while singing this song often during my childhood. There is deep richness with hymns, they linger within for a lifetime.
Jesus let us know in this world we would have trouble, however, Scripture informs us how to have peace. We can google scriptures on peace, and take your pick. Jesus encourages us in John 14:27 as He explained earlier to the disciples- The Father will send The Holy Spirit in His name, and He will teach all things and will remind them everything. Isn’t it wonderful we have the Holy Spirit within, each one of us acknowledging Jesus as Lord? He is within willing to teach all God’s inspired Words and remind us….everything. Incredible! All God created and Jesus taught is available to us- with the enlightenment of The Holy Spirit teaching us, helping us understand.
This is important…because, more than ever before, we have wicked freely strutting about…and what is vile is honored among men and women, deceiving many. Knowing this is taking place, we take refuge in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His Words are flawless. A beautiful visual knowing the pristine condition of silver refined in a furnace of clay, purified seven times. God will keep us safe and protect from such people.
God’s Word, The Bible we can trust, and develop a deeper trust…pulling away from world standards, living completely for Jesus Christ. What’s in your heart today? Is there a sweet melody, Jesus whispering sweet and low? No matter where you are…happened to stumble upon this blog…Jesus loves you and He awaits to be able to protect and keep us safe.
