Fierce Battles Require God’s Word- His Promises

Fierce Battles Require God's Word- His Promises“Can plunder be taken from warriors, or captives rescued from the fierce?” But this is what the Lord says, “Yes, captives will be taken from warriors, and plunder retrieved from the fierce; I will contend with those who contend with you, and your children I will save.” Isaiah 49:24, 25 NIV)

Motivating Monday!

As I asked Jesus, “Who do You want to encourage today?” He is faithful to show how to encourage. Today’s Scripture is important to grasp for those in a fierce battle. There is a force pulling children away from Biblical Truth set in their youth. Many millennials are being raised by parents who chose to leave behind churches of their youth during mid 80’s and 90’s. A portion is raised by those who stayed true, maturing in their own Spiritual journey, teaching the next generation. The battle comes from easy manipulated millennials to those who are led astray. And this battle has become fierce.

Fierce Battle

The devil is a liar, father of lies, and a thief. He has limited power- yet, this amount of power can overtake those weaker. Stronger we grow in Word knowledge, we become equipped with Spiritual armor (Ephesians 6) able to stand strong against the devil’s schemes. God promised in Isaiah, I believe same promise is for today. He will contend with those who contend with us, and our children- He will save. This is very important Scripture to write down and remember. Back in Deuteronomy, reason why we are instructed in chapter 11 to fix God’s Word upon our hearts and soul, tie them as a symbols on our hands, and binding them on our foreheads. More Scripture learned, greater revelation of Jesus and Biblical knowledge to apply to every situation.

Promises

Whatever grip satan has on a child, teen, young adult or adults; no matter how fierce the battle…seek God’s Word and claim promises God has ensured in His Word. Indeed! Plunder can be taken from warriors, and captives rescued from the fierce. God’s Word never changes; same yesterday, today, and forever more.

Be encouraged!
