Cast Your Cares: The Lord Will Sustain

Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. But you, O God, will bring down the wicked into the pit of corruption; bloodthirsty and deceitful men will not live out half their days. But as for me, I trust in you. (Psalm 55:22, 23 NIV)

Forward Friday!

If anyone knew more than President Trump about enemies chasing him, King David understood. President Trump is attacked from every angle…enemies trying to find a crack to destroy. Every time, He has overcome with truth. I always say, “He is not my preacher, he is my President.” His record in all areas of government, is far better than anyone imagined, and will stand as one of the best Presidents. Anyone who is against him to the point of wanting him impeached, is against America. The America our founding fathers were wise to provide a check and balance system. They set the Constitution as law of the land. What can we do? Cast our cares on the Lord.

America

I don’t know about you, yet, I have become exhausted with all corruption against America. We, the people, are America. To be against America, is to be against all individuals who are Americans; the land of the free, work hard and earn, seek Jesus and find, and love our neighbors…love people. Why are there corrupt politicians and those following, who have fallen into wickedness; leading them into the pit of corruption? What can we do?

Trust

Trust Jesus, Trust God, seek The Holy Spirit…we cannot stop praying. Those blinded to Truth, indifferent, or oppositional, need our prayers as well. As they shout impeach- just like the mis-led crowd shouting, “Give us Barabbas!” crucifying Jesus, innocent. They could have had more days with Jesus- taught by the Master, experiencing more miracles, signs, and wonders. If corruption ever regains control in America, we the people are seeing the last days. When trusting Jesus, we have no reason to fear. We do have to make sure no fear rises, to avoid doing anything that would sacrifice eternal life in Heaven.

Cast

For now, we cast our cares on the Lord, He promises to sustain us. Keep our minds clear, hearts pure, making sure all is well with our souls. Let’s move forward praying for the President, making sure we are not deceived; societal confusion has exploded across our land, creeping into other countries, as others have already been destroyed.

Pray

I’m sorry this is heavier than usual, and definitely Christmas is in the air…yet, there is also an urgent need for our prayers. Thank you, Lord, You are our refuge in times of trouble, who will deal with the wicked. We ask you to either change their hearts to desire salvation, or do what’s necessary to keep them from attacking America- In Jesus’ name, I ask and pray, Amen.
